Senior Creative and Multimedia Designer

About the role

The Senior Creative and Multimedia Designer will lead the visual identity of YNCU, creating digital‑first assets, social media content, motion graphics, and omni‑channel marketing materials that translate complex financial concepts into engaging visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee brand and visual identity across all channels.
• Produce digital‑first creative elements, social media posts, motion graphics, and branch‑experience designs.
• Translate financial data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Present design concepts, frameworks, and mock‑ups to cross‑functional teams.
• Continuously improve visual assets based on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain organized file archives and manage the image library and brand‑guideline toolkit.
• Coordinate with external agencies, art services, and printers.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design or equivalent experience.
• Current knowledge of marketing practices, social media, CASL and AODA compliance.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and bondable status.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
