Senior Business Analyst – Data & Insights (Power BI)

About the role

BrightPath Kids is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead data and insights initiatives across the organization. You will transform complex operational data into clear, actionable visualizations using Power BI, enabling leaders to make data‑driven decisions that improve performance and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for operational, financial, workforce, and strategic decision‑making.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and visualizations that enhance visibility into organizational performance.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboard requirements.
• Establish scalable reporting structures and governance practices to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform root‑cause and ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
• Leverage Power Automate and system integrations to streamline workflows and improve data accessibility.

Required profile

• Senior‑level analytical mindset with proven experience turning complex data into business recommendations.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executive stakeholders.

• Competitive salary range $85,000‑$105,000 per year plus bonus.
