Performance Strategy Analyst – Early Career (Full‑time)

About the role

Join the Partners in Performance team at Accenture as a Performance Strategy Analyst. You will act as a frontline change agent, delivering data‑driven insights that guide client improvement initiatives. The role is entry‑level and involves extensive on‑site client interaction across North America and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering measurable improvements and implementing sustainable processes and systems.
• Collect, analyse and visualise data to provide actionable insights for client teams.
• Support prioritisation, problem‑solving and, when needed, front‑line coaching of client analysts.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to client sites in the US, Canada and other international locations.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic performance with a graduation date in Winter 2026/2027 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Dynamic, passionate and ready to work hands‑on inside client businesses.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching and developing people.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
