Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to bridge the gap between demo agents and production‑grade systems that handle millions of live transactions. You will embed with cross‑functional teams and customers to design, build, and ship agentic AI solutions that operate safely at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Embed and deploy AI agents end‑to‑end, from discovery and integration to activation and continuous tuning, driving adoption across risk, fraud, payments, and support domains.
• Architect agentic systems that incorporate reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, and multi‑agent coordination, while implementing guardrails and safe tool‑use infrastructure.
• Design rigorous evaluation pipelines, observability, tracing, and guardrails to ensure reliability, detect regressions, and manage model and data drift.
• Set technical direction, define standards for agentic platforms, mentor engineers, and collaborate with ML, product, and security teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/LLM systems and production deployments.
• Deep understanding of LLM agent architectures such as ReAct, RAG, tool use, and multi‑agent coordination.
• Hands‑on experience building, evaluating, and operating agentic orchestration pipelines.
• Production experience on AWS and Azure using containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to impose structure on ambiguous requirements.
