Senior Account Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for a fast‑growing digital agency. The role is fully remote and focuses on retaining existing accounts and expanding revenue across 8‑12 enterprise and startup clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of 8‑12 accounts, building deep business understanding.
• Own renewal negotiations, identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead discovery and intake meetings with prospective clients, scope projects and pitch agency solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure realistic proposals and smooth hand‑off to delivery teams.
• Contribute to the development of account‑management playbooks, templates and QBR processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client success or project management within a digital agency.
• Proven track record of building trusted advisor relationships and achieving retention and expansion targets.
• Comfortable discussing budgets, ROI, pricing and contract terms with senior marketing executives and founders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously.
