About the role

Join Rona’s retail team in Saint‑Hyacinthe as a Seasonal Sales Specialist. You will help customers bring their DIY projects to life by providing knowledgeable product advice and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience.
• Assess customer needs and offer specialized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate merchandise, highlight features, and suggest complementary items.
• Maintain department merchandising, including displays, signage, and labeling.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new products, technical applications, promotions, and flyers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while following loss‑prevention and health‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales role.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
