About the role

Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer! You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and guiding them to the perfect products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment, visual presentation, floorset execution, and marketing placement.
• Maintain store standards by performing physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and arranging displays.

Required profile

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑first retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to de‑escalate situations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and perform regular standing, walking, and reaching.
