Retail Key Holder – Brandon Shoppers Mall

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty when scheduled, handling customer experience, vendor relations, and maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in‑store customer experiences by modelling selling behaviours and product knowledge.
• Set daily/shift goals, perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Assist with visual merchandising, floor‑set execution, window changes and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety standards, lift up to 50 lb, and keep the store clean and engaging.

Required profile

• Thrives in a customer‑first retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback and ability to adapt quickly.
• Available to work varied shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
