About the role
Join our Abbotsford farm team for a seasonal, full‑time position focused on vegetable production. No prior experience is required – we provide training.
Key responsibilities
- Apply hoeing technique between rows.
- Hand‑harvest, clean and pack vegetables and fruits.
- Sort, grade and divide produce into marketable and non‑marketable lots.
- Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce.
- Maintain a clean work area and perform weeding.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Reliable team player with good judgement and quick learning ability.
Required skills
- Hoeing and row cultivation.
- Hand harvesting and packing of vegetables.
- Sorting, grading and quality inspection of produce.
