About the role
Join Bradner Organics as a General Farm Worker focusing on harvesting a wide range of fruits and vegetables. This permanent full‑time position provides room and board, relocation support, and on‑site training.
Key responsibilities
- Clean crops and work areas.
- Clear fields of wood and stones.
- Cut and hand‑harvest agricultural crops.
- Grade fruits and vegetables by size, shape, colour and volume.
- Pack harvested produce.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate and weed crops.
- Harvest a variety of crops including berries, peppers, carrots, tomatoes and more.
Required profile
- Reliability and willingness to relocate.
- Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lb) loads.
- Criminal record check required.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime.
- No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
