About the role
We are seeking a reliable General Labourer to support our farm operations in Abbotsford. The role involves a variety of hands‑on tasks in fruit and vegetable production, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Clean crops and grade vegetables and fruits by size, shape, colour and volume.
- Hand‑harvest vegetables and assist with crop harvesting.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate and weed crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Examine product quality and readiness for market.
Required profile
- Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts.
- Organised and detail‑oriented.
- Team player who can follow instructions.
- Quick learner willing to be trained on‑the‑job.
