About the role
Join Randhawa Farms as a General Farm Worker. You will contribute to daily farm operations in a supportive, inclusive environment while receiving on‑the‑job training.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including morning, evening, day, weekend and overtime.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks associated with general farm work.
- Willingness to embrace a diverse workplace that values newcomers, veterans, Indigenous peoples, mature workers and visible minorities.
