Seasonal Farm Worker – June to September

About the role

The Corn Crib is looking for a reliable seasonal farm worker to join the team from June 1st to September 30th. This role involves hands‑on work in an outdoor environment, supporting the full crop cycle on a busy farm in Strathroy‑Caradoc, Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Planting, fertilising and maintaining crops throughout the growing season.
• Harvesting mature produce and preparing it for storage or market.
• Performing minor maintenance on farm machinery and equipment.
• Cleaning work areas and ensuring tools are kept in good condition.
• Adapting to variable weather conditions while maintaining productivity.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work between 30 and 60 hours per week, depending on seasonal demand.
• Previous farm or agricultural experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Physical stamina for manual labour and lifting.
