Script Writer – Content Creator

About the role

The Writer is the voice behind Martell Group’s written content, crafting copy, captions, scripts, and other assets that perform across every platform. You will work closely with the Social Producer and Creative Producer to ensure that every word aligns with visual direction, platform strategy, and audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Write platform‑native captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads, creating hooks, CTAs, and structures that drive engagement.
• Develop and refine scripts for YouTube episodes, short‑form videos, and branded content, establishing repeatable frameworks for recurring series.
• Produce titles, descriptions, and metadata optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO discoverability.
• Create promotional copy for episode launches, newsletters, campaigns, and paid ads in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while intelligently integrating AI tools to boost output without sacrificing authenticity.

• Ability to write in distinct brand voices without relying solely on AI‑generated content.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with visual and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Excellent command of written English.
• Proficiency in adapting tone, structure, and formatting to platform‑specific best practices.
• Experience with SEO‑focused copywriting and metadata optimization.
