SAP Finance Lead

About the role

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers are seeking a seasoned SAP Finance Lead to drive finance transformation for clients. You will provide functional leadership across SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA finance workstreams, ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and best‑practice requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance workstreams through design, realization, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
• Facilitate fit‑to‑standard and fit‑gap workshops with business stakeholders to define finance solution approaches.
• Integrate SAP Finance with external systems such as banking, payment, tax, treasury, procurement and payroll using APIs, web services and SAP Integration Suite.
• Support end‑to‑end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression and defect management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori and embedded analytics to simplify and automate finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP FICO implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to lead configuration workshops.
• Experience working with cloud platform teams and multi‑industry finance processes.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
