About the role
GoJobs is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our downtown Vancouver office on a part‑time, contractor basis. You will be the front‑line representative introducing our AI‑powered job platform to HR teams and hiring managers, building relationships that turn into long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn to HR managers and company representatives.
- Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities.
- Present GoJobs’ platform and services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads and partners, tracking activity in the CRM.
- Support strategic outreach planning and keep the sales pipeline organized.
- Represent GoJobs consistently in all external communications.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and high‑volume email outreach.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in an on‑site environment.
- Previous cold‑outreach or sales‑development experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI or job‑search platforms is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking outreach and follow‑ups.
