Sales Specialist – Entry Level Associate Program

About the role

This entry‑level Sales Specialist position is part of a two‑year associate program. You will work alongside an experienced sales professional, prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout your assigned territory in Saskatchewan.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts.
• Learn product features and communicate benefits to prospects.
• Provide product demonstrations and basic technical support.
• Visit job sites to support installations and deepen product knowledge.
• Manage relationships with dealers and end‑users.
• Organize and conduct distributor demonstration events.
• Track activities and opportunities using Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of sales or construction experience (or a bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, organized and energetic.
• Desire to build a long‑term technical sales career.
