Sales Representative – Permanent Full‑Time (Supply Chain & Logistics B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join Chit Chats Express in Alberta. This permanent, full‑time position focuses on B2B supply‑chain and logistics solutions, helping Canadian entrepreneurs simplify and grow their shipping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals and market research.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, carrier usage, pain points and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance and expected revenue.
• Present Chit Chats services, prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries and proposals tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product and Operations teams to address complex pricing or service‑fit questions.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and client information in the CRM and track all outreach activity.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
• Provide market feedback to inform product improvements, marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain or transportation services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data‑driven proposals.
• Team player who can collaborate across sales, product, data and operations functions.
