About the role
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team at Autobahn Motors Inc. in Calgary. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff including apprentices, stage hands, design team, and other personnel.
- Assign sales workers to specific duties and ensure coverage.
- Hire, train, or arrange training for sales staff.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising performance, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Coordinate activities of workers to maintain efficient operations.
- Oversee office and volunteer staff to support sales functions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a sales or supervisory role.
