Sales Representative

About the role

Colonial Honda, part of Steele Auto Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join its Halifax dealership. You will act as a trusted automotive advisor, guiding customers through the entire vehicle‑buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and become a trusted automotive advisor.
• Guide customers from the first conversation through vehicle delivery, including test drives.
• Showcase Honda vehicles, features, technology and ownership benefits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service and Management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Set sales goals, manage your pipeline and take ownership of results.

Required profile

• Confident, personable and able to connect with diverse customers.
• Strong communicator who listens first and sells second.
• Goal‑oriented, organized and self‑motivated.
• Professional, authentic and able to build trust.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or similar relationship‑focused roles.
• Valid driver’s licence.
