About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive growth for Accenture’s Industry X practice. The role combines lead generation, opportunity closure, and business development to execute the corporate sales and marketing strategy across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and networking to originate new business contacts and assess their viability.
- Generate and forecast untapped sales potential and document leads in Accenture’s CRM tool.
- Focus on existing accounts, ensuring client needs are met, fostering retention, and delivering innovative solutions.
- Achieve personal and business financial goals outlined in the Industry X Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver capital‑project solutions in industrial and supply‑chain optimization.
- Develop, obtain approval for, and implement sales strategies, methodologies, and plans for assigned accounts.
- Build executive‑level relationships, understand customer processes and business drivers.
- Represent Accenture at professional organizations, key‑account sales activities, and trade shows.
- Manage assigned client accounts and support the broader account portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in executive leadership and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth in industrial or supply‑chain sectors.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor personal sales activity against goals.
