Casual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join the LCBO team as a Casual Customer Service Representative, providing a best‑in‑class experience to shoppers of wine, beer and spirits. You’ll engage customers on the sales floor and at the register, sharing product knowledge while delivering friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, share product knowledge and operate computerized cash registers.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unload trucks, handle product and replenish stock.
• Maintain Customer Ready Standards and ensure the store is tidy and organized.
• Perform repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods while processing transactions.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in Canada and willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and peak periods such as holidays and tourist seasons.
• Willing to wear the prescribed uniform (light grey shirt, black pants and shoes) during shifts.

Required skills
