Sales Enablement Coordinator

About the role

Trimble Applanix, which delivers positioning and orientation solutions for land, marine and airborne applications, is looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The role takes ownership of recurring revenue subscriptions and in-field system entitlements, turning closed sales into active customer value. It sits at the intersection of sales operations, product licensing and customer enablement, working closely with Technical Support, Customer Support and Sales Enablement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fulfillment of recurring revenue products: activate subscriptions promptly and accurately, and generate and distribute authorization codes, system configuration files, firmware warranty extension codes and hardware warranty extension notifications.
• Build a solid grasp of subscription logic, entitlement models and product licensing tiers.
• Help migrate fulfillment workflows from Technical Support into Sales Enablement.
• Act as a backup for core order processing during peak periods and team leaves, and create and review sales quotations and purchase orders.
• Issue and track RMAs and coordinate loaner equipment and demonstration systems.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce and give user feedback to improve order workflows.
• Take part in system testing and user acceptance testing of new sales enablement tools and CRM enhancements.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, order administration, customer support or SaaS subscription fulfillment.
• Ability to understand subscription lifecycles, recurring revenue structures and entitlement code generation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced technology business.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Operations or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Salesforce and Navision are highly preferred.
