About the role
We are seeking an outgoing, organized individual who loves flowers and enjoys helping customers find the perfect gift. This full‑time position offers consistent hours, a positive team environment, and the chance to grow with our newly renovated showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in‑store, over the phone, and online, helping them select the perfect floral gifts.
- Maintain smooth daily operations, especially during busy floral holidays and special events.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer experience skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Active listening to suggest meaningful products for every occasion.
- Morning and daytime availability, primarily Monday‑Friday.
- High school diploma.
