Sales Associate – Womenswear Designer

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury fashion team as a Sales Associate focused on womenswear design. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent iconic luxury brands in an inspiring retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a personal client base through proactive outreach and personalized styling.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor seminars to stay current on collections.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new arrivals, and special occasions.
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Adhere to health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of commission‑based luxury sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented setting.
• Active presence on social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
