Luxury Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the sales floor of Holt Renfrew, delivering exceptional service to luxury clientele and driving revenue through personalized client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor and brand seminars to stay current on merchandise.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, email and digital channels about events, new arrivals and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of commission‑based luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Passion for fashion trends and broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
