Linen Chest is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Erin Mills store in Mississauga. The associate guides customers through their choices and helps them find the right products for their home, contributing to a pleasant, personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and give friendly, personalized service
• Understand customers' needs and advise them on products that fit their needs and style
• Present the features, benefits and details of the products
• Build trusting relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieve sales targets by recommending relevant and complementary products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions and policies
• Keep the showroom visually appealing, clean and well organized
• Work with team members and follow company policies and procedures

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and passionate about customer service, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with the public and in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• Motivated by sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented and a good team player
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
