Experienced Sales Consultant - Linen Chest

About the role

Linen Chest is looking for an experienced retail sales consultant for its Erin Mills store. The consultant guides customers through their choices and helps them find the right products for their home, contributing to a pleasant, personalized and memorable shopping experience. The position is full-time.

• Understand and address the unique needs of each client to deliver a refined customer experience
• Showcase an advanced understanding of the products and guide clients through tailored selections
• Use strategic communication to drive sales and consistently exceed set benchmarks
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients so they remain loyal and satisfied

Required profile

• Proven track record in retail sales, with a history of exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn the product range thoroughly and sell on value rather than price
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail store environment
