Sales Analyst – Canada

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Sales Analyst to join the Americas Strategy and Operations team supporting its Financial Institution Partnerships (FIP) in Canada. The role works closely with Customer Account Management teams to drive growth, provide insights and implement strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with CAM leaders to align financial, operational and business objectives with country plans.
• Produce analytics and research for quarterly business reviews, delivering actionable takeaways.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards to monitor customer activity, payment flows and internal initiatives.
• Refine reporting processes, pipeline management and account optimization across the FIP team.
• Support strategic projects such as competitor analysis, internal progress quantification and desktop research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior partners.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of managing multiple projects.
