Sales Advisor (Retail Fashion)

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the face of the store, delivering excellent customer service and guiding shoppers through the latest fashion trends. You will use your product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
• Promote and sell fashion products, including the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment refill, care, and presentation standards.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house tidy and well‑stocked.
• Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment routines.
• Follow health & safety, legal, and store procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team members.
• Willingness to engage customers in conversation and provide product information.

Required skills

• Familiarity with in‑store technology such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store tools.
