Seasonal Client Advisor

About the role

Australian Boot Company is seeking seasonal Client Advisors for its Yonge St. store in Toronto. The role is focused on delivering world‑class customer service while supporting daily store operations during the busy holiday period.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering expert advice on footwear selections and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive shipments, lift and maneuver boxes up to 30 lb, and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete daily task lists.

Required profile

• Hard‑working, organized and able to think quickly on their feet.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable using ladders safely and handling 30 lb boxes.
• Preferred: at least one year of retail sales and one year of customer‑service experience.

Required skills

• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems and process transactions.
• Basic inventory handling and stock‑taking skills.
