Part‑Time Salon Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a personable, experienced individual with a wellness mindset to recommend and sell our services and products. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our offerings, and assisting in the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce clients to red‑light, body‑contouring, UV tanning, spray tanning, and infrared sauna programs.
• Recommend suitable sessions, packages, lotions, and associated products.
• Manage appointments, payments, and use Salon Touch software for booking and account creation.
• Clean and prepare equipment, maintain salon organization, and follow strict sanitation procedures.
• Sell tanning and red‑light/infrared packages, sessions, and lotions/products.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations and operate POS systems for transactions.

Required profile

• Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, retail sales, or customer service.
• Genuine interest in wellness and helping clients.
• Confidence discussing prices, recommending packages, and closing sales.
• Reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Interest in a long‑term position with an established business.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salon Touch software.
• Ability to operate POS systems for transactions.
• Completion of Smart Tan certification (upon hire).
