Sales Account Manager – Ultrasound (Southwestern Ontario)

About the role

In this position you will drive profitable revenue growth and expand Philips’ market presence by penetrating new accounts and deepening relationships with existing customers. You will position tailored ultrasound solutions (cardiovascular, general imaging, and point‑of‑care) that deliver measurable value and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and Philips teams at all levels of the buying organization.
• Communicate with customers after order closure to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide consultative ultrasound solutions.
• Develop and own territory strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Coordinate order processing, logistics, and installation schedules with project managers.
• Negotiate and close deals that meet mutual satisfaction for customers and Philips.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in medical‑device hospital sales, preferably capital equipment.
• Proven account‑management and customer‑relationship skills, with ability to convert new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including to C‑suite audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team‑player attitude.

What we offer

• Base salary plus commission ranging from $154,500 to $179,000 CAD, with a company/fleet car.
• Eligibility for annual incentive bonus, sales commission and long‑term incentives.
