Clinical Business Manager – CT & DXR (Western Canada)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for our CT and DXR modalities, responsible for a diverse product portfolio and supporting customers across Western Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge.
• Lead the business with a proactive, customer‑centric approach to drive success, financial growth and long‑term relationships.
• Support the Account Manager/Account Executive throughout the sales process, from solution definition to tailored proposals.
• Provide Marketing with insights on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on CT and DXR products, assisting the sales team in addressing customer challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership or clinical applications within a CT and/or DXR context.
• Deep product knowledge of CT and DXR modalities and strong understanding of the Canadian diagnostic imaging healthcare system.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Political savvy to navigate complex organizational dynamics and stakeholder roles.

What we offer

• Salary range $140,250 – $198,000 plus company/fleet car.
