Room Care Attendant – Housekeeping

Key responsibilities

• Reset guest rooms between stays (beds, bathrooms, surfaces, restock) to a consistent, high standard.
• Work through a daily room list at your own steady pace, checking items off as you go.
• Spot small issues (stains, burnt‑out bulbs, loose handles) and flag them before they become guest complaints.
• Use non‑toxic, locally made cleaning products (Mint Cleaning) and Seaflora natural care amenities.
• Work solo on your section, with a supervisor and team nearby for backup.

Required profile

• Prefer physical, active work over desk‑based tasks.
• Take genuine satisfaction in “before and after” results.
• Have a sharp eye for detail that others may miss.
• Can work independently without constant check‑ins.
• Are comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Communicate well enough in English to read task lists and flag issues.
• Can work weekends and holidays, as resorts operate year‑round.
