Revenue Analyst

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research, commercial and healthcare intelligence services, is looking for a detail-oriented person with an accounting or finance background to join its Finance team in Quebec. The role sits within the order-to-cash cycle and supports revenue accounting, billing and accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Support the order-to-cash cycle: contract setup, billing, revenue recognition support, customer account management and related financial system updates.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, support collections, document follow-ups, escalate overdue or disputed balances and report collection highlights to support DSO targets and corporate reporting.
• Support monthly revenue reporting and analysis, and the revenue forecast and actuals process driven by timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate accounting policies, internal controls and finance processes.
• Contribute to process improvement, documentation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance, administration or a related field, or an Accounting DEC (CEGEP).
• 1 to 4 years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, collections or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce in a similar role is an asset.

The potential base pay range, annualized, is $51,900 to $86,500, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives, bonuses and social benefits may also apply.
