About the role

Kiokii is a fast‑growing retail platform that brings Asian beauty and lifestyle products to North America. We are seeking a Retail Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our Square One location, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in coordinating daily store activities and maintaining efficient workflows.
• Provide clear direction, support, and on‑the‑job training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet company standards and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts in line with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key metrics.
• Assist with store opening, setup, and merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer‑service standards.
