About the role
Proxi is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead its store team in Québec. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices, cashiers, and sales clerks.
- Assign duties to sales workers and create work schedules.
- Authorize merchandise returns and handle customer complaints.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, order and receive liquor and other supplies.
- Resolve issues such as supply shortages and on‑the‑spot customer requests.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent diploma (1‑2 years program).
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in retail or sales supervision.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends.
