Retail Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of sales associates in our Quebec store. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
• Hire, train, and coordinate staff development.
• Order and manage merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory.
• Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve store targets.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2‑3 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Client‑focused, organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Initiative and dependability in handling operational issues.
