Retail Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations in our store. You will coordinate staff, manage inventory, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and adjust work schedules for the team.
- Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store workers.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep the store clean and orderly.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and place orders as needed.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, days, and weekends as required.
- Fluent in English or French.
