About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Canadian Tire Associate Store #0365 in Victoria. You will oversee daily store operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
- Hire, train and arrange ongoing training for staff.

Required profile
