Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply (roofing, siding, metal and building envelope), is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Laval. As the first point of contact for customers in the store and by phone, you will deliver excellent service, handle sales and daily financial reporting, and help retain and acquire customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the store and by phone
• Complete sales transactions, daily bank reconciliation reports and purchasing
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and help develop new ones
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Support general branch operations as needed

Required profile

• 1 year or more of proven experience in retail, business, accounting or sales
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in a stable, growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada
