About the role

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at our Prince George location. This permanent full‑time position involves overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties and supervise a team of 5‑10 employees.
Authorize returns of merchandise and handle customer requests or complaints.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Organize and maintain inventory, addressing supply shortages.
Coordinate activities of workers to achieve store objectives.

Required profile

College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) or equivalent experience.
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to supervise 5‑10 staff members.
Flexible hours available.
