Pro Account Sales Associate – Part Time (Prince George)

About the role

The Pro Account Sales Associate (PASA) builds relationships and sells products to industrial, commercial and professional customers, providing outstanding service across all store departments.

Key responsibilities

• Spend at least 25% of time prospecting new business on the sales floor and developing one‑on‑one relationships with Pro customers.
• Provide product knowledge, create quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate communication with Pullers and Delivery coordinators.
• Maintain an organized system for profiling top accounts, follow up for satisfaction, and partner with store management to resolve issues.
• Deliver sales presentations on‑site when required and train store associates on the Pro Program.

• Customer‑driven attitude with strong service focus and ability to recover from errors.
• Ability to get results in a fast‑paced environment and act with integrity.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, and planning/organizing capabilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth product knowledge across all store departments.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and climb ladders up to 16 feet.
