B2B Sales Development Representative (Commercial Industrial)

About the role

Join our client’s commercial industrial sales team to turn B2B prospects into qualified opportunities. This remote position focuses on outbound calls and emails, lead qualification, and appointment setting, with potential growth into account management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct introductory calls to potential B2B clients in the commercial industrial sector.
• Follow up with prospects via email to move deals through the sales funnel.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and manage leads effectively.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial industrial sector.
• Must have a Windows OS computer with at least 30 GB of free hard‑drive space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
