Retail Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead one of our La Vie en Rose locations. You will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store functions, maintaining corporate standards for service, sales, operations, and visual presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members using effective hiring techniques and staff‑development tools.
• Analyze sales data, set targets, create action plans, and implement innovative solutions to boost profitability.
• Schedule staff based on performance metrics and in‑store traffic, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Communicate store performance, challenges, and initiatives to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Foster a positive work environment that reflects the brand’s vision, mission, and values.
