About the role

Homesense is seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join its Oakville location. This part‑time position offers a friendly environment where you can interact with customers, support store operations, and develop retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks, and visual merchandising.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
