About the role

Winners is looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join the Oakville location on a part‑time basis. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers enjoy a welcoming and efficient shopping experience while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them in finding products.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns.
• Maintain fitting rooms and provide support in the back‑room, including stocking and merchandising.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in training programs and learning opportunities to grow your retail knowledge.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
