About the role
Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to join its Vancouver team. You will work in a fast‑paced urban environment, ensuring that store shelves are stocked and presented according to planograms while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange products on shelves following the prescribed planogram.
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to coordinate deliveries.
- Oversee the distribution of merchandise to multiple retail outlets.
- Provide on‑site customer service and address inquiries.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking and repetitive tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team‑player with a client‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Basic internet navigation skills.
