About the role

Join the Winners team in Oakville as a Retail Associate. In this part‑time position you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support customers throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding products.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Support back‑room activities such as inventory replenishment and merchandise organization.
• Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
